Karla brings to Atlântica Crossborder more than 20 years of senior experience in international corporate and transactional matters across Europe and the Americas. Holding a Master's degree in Contracts from Université Paris II, Panthéon-Assas, and having built her career across European, US, and Latin American business environments, she navigates cross-border culture and commercial practice with fluency and ease.

Having worked in international law firms and as senior in-house legal counsel for two Swiss international organizations, Karla understands firsthand the operational reality most legal departments face: workload that peaks beyond capacity, yet not enough to justify a permanent hire. Atlântica Crossborder was built precisely for that moment. Senior support, without the overhead.

Based in Boca Raton, Florida, she works across borders with family offices, corporations, and private investors who require precision, discretion, and someone who truly understands both sides of the Atlantic.
